Brod is just 2 km from the centre of Bohinjska Bistrica with shops, services, catering, cultural and recreational facilities. You can also reach Bohinjska Bistrica along the cycling route running directly from Brod. The village is 4 km away from Lake Bohinj, the natural pearl of Triglav National Park (TNP) with the highest Slovenia’s mountain, Triglav (2864 m).

Apartment Košnik also offers a view of the Sava Bohinjka River, running past the village of Brod (the best fishing area of the Sava Bohinjka River), the south Bohinj mountain range stretching from Možic to Črna Prst, Vogel and Komna and the meticulously managed green land plots and forests.

Upon agreement, we also rent bikes and we also offer the best venue for relaxation in our own orchard, only 500 metres away from the house.
Apartment Košnik PERUNIKA offers a total of 55 m2 of comfortable accommodation area in the mansard of a residential house in the middle of the small village of Brod. It has a balcony and 2 bedrooms (large double room with an extra bed (190×80), small single room), bathroom with toilet ( washing machine ) and a large dining room with a kitchenette (fully furnished with dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi). The romantic village with the Church of St Magdalene (516 m) is slightly remote from the main road running from Bohinjska Bistrica (centre of Bohinj Municipality) to Lake Bohinj, and it stretches along the Sava Bohinjka River below the Rudnica hill (946 m). The hill divides Bohinj in the Upper and Lower Bohinj Valley and is one of the most beautiful panoramic sites in Bohinj.
